NHS NEW Devon CCG and NHS South Devon and Torbay CCG are keen to seek the views of local people in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay about how we can further improve access to GP appointments. Since the improving access to general practice service was launched in October 2018, we are now keen to find out people’s views on these hours and if they are in the most appropriate locations.
NHS NEW Devon CCG and NHS South Devon and Torbay CCG have prepared a short and confidential survey to gather views that will take no more than 5 minutes to complete. It gives patients the opportunity to tell us about when they would like to be able to access GP appointments and where they would be willing to travel to access them.
In some areas of Devon, NHS NEW Devon CCG and NHS South Devon and Torbay CCG will be working with Patient Participation Groups to collect views from people face to face while they visit their practice. The survey closes on 28 February.
If you would like printed copies of the survey sent to you, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with details about how many you want and who you would like them posted to.
